Terms of Service

1. Service Description

BillPilot is a portfolio operations and billing intelligence platform developed and operated by BlueSky ATG, Inc. The service provides calendar-first time tracking, automated invoicing, project management, and utilization analytics for Private Equity firms.

2. Account and Access

Access to BillPilot is provided via Single Sign-On (SSO) through AWS Cognito. Your organization's administrator manages user accounts and role assignments. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your SSO credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

• Use the platform only for legitimate business operations
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or access source code
• Do not attempt to access data belonging to other tenants
• Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose

4. Data Ownership

Your organization retains full ownership of all data entered into BillPilot, including time entries, invoices, projects, and exported files. BlueSky ATG processes this data solely to provide the service.

5. Calendar Access

BillPilot requests read-only access to Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 calendars. The application never writes to, modifies, or deletes any calendar events. Calendar access can be revoked at any time through your calendar provider's settings.

6. Service Availability

BlueSky ATG targets 99.9% uptime for the BillPilot platform. Current service status is available at billpilot.blueskyatg.com/status.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueSky ATG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship. Upon termination, your organization will have a 30-day window to export all data using the Exports feature. After this window, data will be permanently deleted.

9. Changes to Terms

Material changes to these terms will be communicated via the BillPilot platform. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
